A strange radio wave has been detected by an intellectual teenager that appears to be getting into peoples minds and controlling them. People are committing crimes and brutally killing themselves after tuning in to a certain frequency on their radios. Once this wave has entered the brain there is no way to stop it. The young man, James Todd, decides that he has to do something to stop this. After piecing together the clues to discover that this is happening he then produces a way of protecting himself from the radio wave and sets out on a quest to rid the world of this evil. Throughout his journey he encounters many obstacles and has one person at the top of his save list; Erin Sanding, his high school sweetheart.
